Their ability to lead by example, and keep the company informed on all topics/issues. They truly care about their employees well-being and success, while maintaining a competitive and inclusive culture.
What did you like most about the interview process?
How many people I got to meet during the quick and organized process. Also the lunch with peers while I was onsite (pre-covid) to ask the questions that you don't get to ask inside the interview room.
