My coworkers are generally quite good at their jobs, do their best to support each other, and follow through when they say they will do something.

Everyone on my team brings their A-game, takes feedback well, is supportive when we're struggling, and generally tries to be a good person!

It's a real "work hard, play hard" kind of place. You come in, do a good job, leave, and go live your life.

My immediate team is dedicated, hard working, skilled, and interesting. We take an interest in each other, treat each other with compassion, and do our best to support one another.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Really dedicated to making Sisense more than just a place to work: It's a community and a family. Everyone here matters and the work we do does too! I feel valued and like the company is on a good path.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone works hard and plays hard. I know how overused that cliche is, but sometimes things are cliched for a reason! We joke around, have fun, and get things done. We're all doing work we're proud of and we like each other! :)
What did you like most about the interview process?
Everyone made a genuine effort to get to know me not just as a worker, but as a person. They made it clear that personality and interpersonal skills mattered here and that everyone tries to get along as more than just cogs in a machine.
