I like the company they have a great culture and product. The Arizona office is struggling right now with management and has become a bit overly micromanaged. I don't believe this is the case for the other offices.

Decent compensation package, lots of flexility with time off

Most people genuinely care about each other and want to help each other out.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I would say that upper management is a lot more approachable than middle management.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was recruited by a manager so it was fairly easy for me, I didn't have a very complicated interview process
