Getting fired from here was a blessing. I will not bow down to a company who has treated me the way they did. Everything in my soul hates the individuals who have given me a hard time about honoring my father. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
High base to compensate for not making commissions. Company failed at an outbound sales model. Realized it 2 years too late.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Lol. They can't seem to figure out what it is like to be brown/black in America. They try to promote an all inclusive culture... But they fail miserably.
