They really need to all move on.
Everything. They aren't leaders. Selfish people who only look out for themselves.
They need to clean house, sales leadership is dishonest and everyone is leaving because of them. They are not an intelligent bunch
It's clearly a very bad tech stack so sales people should get paid way more.

Pay is dramatically lower than market and the territories are a joke. The favored few are given the prime territories and everyone else is left with scraps. Not a single person is making quota in 2021 in the US. Org has not even hit 50% of quota in years, they lie and say people are making quota
High base to compensate for not making commissions. Company failed at an outbound sales model. Realized it 2 years too late.

Leadership is shady they need to go. They treat people like crap, all the good people have left. Culture is dead
