Mr. Leonard A. Russ has been Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning and Analysis at Six Flags Entertainment Corporation since February 19, 2016 and served as its Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer from October 2010 to February 19, 2016. Mr. Russ is responsible for overseeing Six Flags Entertainment's accounting function and the finance functions of the West Coast parks. He began his career at Six Flags in 1989 as a seasonal employee and became a full-time employee in 1995. He held a number of management positions within Six Flags before being named Director of Internal Audit in 2004. In 2005, Mr. Russ was promoted to Controller until October 2010. Mr. Russ holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington.
