Mr. Mario Centola serves as the Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President of Six Flags Entertainment Corporation since February 19, 2016. Mr. Centola is responsible for overseeing the Six Flags Entertainment's accounting function. Mr. Centola joined Six Flags Entertainment in 2001 and held a number of financial management positions including Director of Planning & Analysis since December 2008. Mr. Centola has also worked for SeaWorld and Herschend Family Entertainment. Mr. Centola holds a B.S. degree in Finance from Miami University and a Masters degree in both Business Administration and Information Systems from The University of Akron.
