Overall, the company is very fair to its employees and I believe most customers are very happy with their experience as well.

The communal area where everyone gets to relax and eat together.

There wasn't an overbearing presence during the interview. It was comfortable.

The leadership team is strong. They are consistent and provide prompt feedback where necessary. Working conditions are comfortable and relationships are positive.

The positive energy within the team makes it easy to go to work and function in the workplace. Everyone is friendly and helpful.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe the compensation package is fair and it suits my needs. Obviously, the more the merrier, but what we have isn't something to complain about.
What makes you most happy at work?
Coworkers. If you can't laugh and have a good time while working, what's the point? The people you work with can be the difference between a good day and a bad day.
