One of my favorite things about our compensation package is that Skilljar covers 100% of our medical/dental insurance contributions! It's such a privilege to have quality health insurance and not have to think about it.

Simple benefits, but great healthcare plan and a 401K.

Great commission structure and incentives.

Incredible heath care, flexible time off (that people actually use), flexible working hours, tech reimbursements, and bonuses.

Good health benefits for a smaller company.

It's important to talk about quality of life. I might be able to make more elsewhere, but I'm not willing to work 60-80 hour weeks or make my job my life. I'm paid well at Skilljar and I have a life outside of work.
