The thing about Skilljar that brings me the most job satisfaction and joy is the ability to be creative. Our Customers and teammates are always pushing the boundaries of what is possible, and that means playing around with functionality and design ideas to innovate collaboratively and solve problems
We're tackling a big challenge in the market with a great solution, amazing customers, and a wonderful team.
I am proud of the product and love the impact we have on our customers.

Working to support these folks because they make you want to care for them and for you to contribute and do your part. Skilljar is not some place to come in and let everyone else do the work - you do your part, but it's recognized and appreciated - which is what I really want most.
