People are more casual and open. They create a safe space for you to open up and discuss yourself and the company

They are thinking about inclusion and diversity and fairness among their people. They instill confidence in others and try their best to create equality and work life balance too
What is the best part about your compensation package?
High base salary than the current market. They have provided flexible work options where I can work at a different office locations or remotely which allows me to commute to closer locations and work in my own time.
