I've always been at outlier at other firms because i'm a creative, energetic type that likes to geek out on research like i'm in grad school/ At slalom I feel average because everyone here also likes to geek out. I've never felt avg before and for me, that's a huge compliment to slalom

People ask how you're doing before they ask what you're doing. That's top to bottom.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
paternity leave for dads, easy to understand PTO, UI in Workday makes for finding info on benefits is easy. Good medical and dental and vision and supplemental insurance.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leaders are down to Earth, connected, open to feedback people. They ask thought provoking questions and listen with empathy. They're the type of leaders of which they write business books.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Team is like friends in grad school who are more into collaborating than competing. Smart people who makes the group small. The power of the team at slalom is humbling
What makes you most happy at work?
