Slalom is as close to a cult as you can get. You will be told to come to after hours functions, participate in affinity groups, and accept feedback from not-so-well intentioned managers.

When the client is successful. When the product launches and they see benefit.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Slalom rewards navy blue jackets and khaki pants with brown loafers. This means if you don't fit that look, you will not be promoted.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Provide flexibility to your consultants. Let them work from home or the client site as they see fit. Your 1950s management style is out of fashion.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Don't drink the Kool-Aide. You are not a family and they won't always do the right thing. Slalom is a highly political environment with very little regard for their people.
