Alignment to objectives. They seek to enter a new growth stage but have not clearly defined how nor received buy-in from all necessary stakeholders.
Reocgnizing issues when brought to light. Being prosctive about toxic personnel and their impact on teams. Culture isnt everything.
Not micro-managing every little thing.
They really need to check their microagressive behavior. Minorities do not stay in the DC office. There is a reason why.

Better benefits like HSA, more PTO is essential
My market has high standards for performance and very little in the way of talent to make it happen - at all levels, but mostly leadership
Compensation structure is not aligned to what market is paying
Review from Executive Dept
They are not seasoned enough; Slalom keeps hiring people with little to no consultative experience and they do not know how to deduce and create from ambiguity; the company is reacting to this by building out perspective ways of working which isn't working
Don't drink the Kool-Aide. You are not a family and they won't always do the right thing. Slalom is a highly political environment with very little regard for their people.
Lots of ideas spinning around with no clear outcome or value.

Need better a management team
Provide flexibility to your consultants. Let them work from home or the client site as they see fit. Your 1950s management style is out of fashion.
Alignment to core values. Need to get back to why the company was started beyond just keeping local as a core value. Local markets focus solely on revenue and profit in spite of consultants balance of life now (or respect - pressure to charge at least 44 hours/week.
