What are some of the best things about your team?
We care about and cultivate growing and learning. Slalom isn't doing it for the internal PR stunt, but rather to ensure consultants can grow in order to keep their jobs and expand their profession.
They are incredibly smart but humble and they are very collaborative
Trust and psychological safety - at least in my practice. When working with BAS and TAS may have to be on guard.

I've been able to carve my own path of what I want to focus on and grow in; after a few years, I found the tech I enjoy working with and becoming an expert in it to best service clients with my own recommendations while also feeling supported by my directors.
