Executive Bio

Mr. Andrew P. Carlin, also known as Andy, has been the Chief Sales & Services Officer and Executive Vice President of Select Comfort Corporation since April 2016. Mr. Carlin served as the Chief Sales Officer and Senior Vice President of Select Comfort Corporation since June 2012 until April 2016. He oversaw all sales channels and real estate at Select Comfort. He joined Select Comfort Corporation in 2008 and served as its Vice President. Mr. Carlin has more than 20 years in sales leadership roles. He served as Regional Vice President of Gander Mountain Company Inc. from August 2003 to August 2004 and as its Senior Vice President of Store Operations since August 2004. He had primary responsibility for western stores. He served with Kohl's Corporation as a Regional Vice President from January 2002 to July 2003, Vice President and District Manager from June 1997 to December 2001 and a Store Manager from April 1995 to May 1997. Mr. Carlin served as Assistant Store Manager for the department store division of Target Corporation from June 1989 to March 1995.
