What do you like best about the leadership team?As a recent employee I feel as though the culture and overall atmosphere at SmartBrief is incredibly supportive from leadership down.
What is the best part about your compensation package?Unlimited PTO in addition to sick hours & revenue sharing pool.
What are some of the best things about your team?Total sense of camaraderie. People willing to step in and help when needed.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Senior management is great but mid level management needs a lot of improvement. Very inconsistent with standards and unreliable.
