What is the best part about your compensation package?
That there is coverage for my domestic partner in my benefits, and that it is fair with room to grow for my performance and experience.
It's fair per industry and role
I believe it is the total compensation package.
I am paid fairly and recogized for my contributions that drive company growth.
Profit sharing is a great motivator as we rapidly grow. Not having to worry about where finite vacation days are used and truly being able to recharge with unlimited pto. We stay responsible and get our job done while helping others.

Flexible work arrangement, fair pay
It fits my position fairly.
They offer competitive salaries and great PTO.
They actually pay a fair market wage. And unlimited PTO is an actual thing -- employees are encouraged to take time away, but people don't use it excessively because we all realize that the work needs to get done.
