They are consistent in making irrational behaviors. Consistency is good at times so you know how far to lower your expectations.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'd like to be paid at least market rate. Every position I have held at SMG has had below market compensation.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
It would be great if everyone had a can do attitude instead of a, "We're not doing that because we've always done it this way" mentality.
