Seeing those hardworkers, like myself, & kmowimg that there's at least a few of us who care about keeping oue departments running. Clocking out & going home is the next best thing - it means you survived yet another day & that you don't have to put up with anymore workplace nonsense.

I enjoy most of my customers

Leaving to go home and getting paid

The customers are awesome. I get a few crabby ones but we all have our bad days. I’m still very respectful to our customer

Review from Customer Support Dept

The store management needs to be better. The persons running the store are not qualified.

The overrall negative and demoralizing work enviroment has started to significantly impact customer service. Talking with long time coworkers they said there has been a huge shift in the way management handles employees and that has caused a huge dip in customer interaction lately.

Again. Lets have a conversation.

I would get sick to my stomach on the night of my day off knowing I had to go back to Smith's

Store management as well as e-commerce management need to care. They are useless!

Review from Customer Support Dept

Poor management, the good ol" boys system needs to be weeded out. Management should not be a intimation game or produce results by fear considering that none of them would have their positions without the labor's.

Review from Operations Dept

It is a dog eat dog world. It hasn't always been this way. I used to love it here!

Review from Sales Dept

Since they took our previous store manager away, things are not the same. Nobody wants to really talk and we can't really talk. It's all about business now We can't have any fun anymore when we are at work. We have to keep on working to get our jobs done.

Review from Sales Dept

Be better managers. Try a little understanding and help us when we're drowning in customers with no help.

Review from Customer Support Dept
