Everyone is very supportive, helpful and responsive which makes a pleasant change.

unhealthy competition and lack of collaboration. everyone is waiting to point out mistakes
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is a relaxed and supportive culture and it does feel like we are in this together and you can ask anyone for help which is really nice.

I met most of the team I would be working with and some key stakeholders which really helped me get to know my colleagues and give me a sense of the culture at the company.

bias and discrimination during the process to avoid diversity

Getting to put my ideas into action and see them succeed.
