Hire outside of the company more Stop peomoting from within and leaving them at their home stores

I don't necessarily feel under valued in regards to compensation. I just wish that every employee had to adhere to the same standards.

We're bonded by poor working conditions and low morale. Cant expect much improvement, considering who is hiring/managing.
