I don't necessarily feel under valued in regards to compensation. I just wish that every employee had to adhere to the same standards.

Good group of people, my friends, easy to talk to, hard workers
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We're bonded by poor working conditions and low morale. Cant expect much improvement, considering who is hiring/managing.

The most positive thing about working at Snooze was the work flexibility.
