Good exec team at Carta
Transparency, empathy, and a drive to ensure others are successful. These characteristics are core to a culture of "servant leadership" which permeates throughout the organization. Our C-suite lives to serve others, both internally and externally, which remains a source of inspiration for all of us.
Their accessibility and transparency are what I appreciate most. They elevate those around them by embodying servant leadership.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Annual bonus and training budget
Generous base, fair commissions, performance bonus.
The annual training budget is my favorite part because it allows me to strategically grow my career.
Home office and free lunch
Dedicated training budget each year is a great perk to the compensation plan

This conpany has terrible compensation
What are some of the best things about your team?
Values, authentic, kind, funny and helpful
My team is creative, driven, and obsessed with client success. They either find a way around or a way through to determine if our clients and prospects are a good fit for what we do. Persistent and kind, my team has changed the way we interact with our clients. Real bonds have formed. Trust is key.
They are supportive and we make a very good connection since the first day
Everyone is very driven and pushes you to perform your best every day. They inspire me, and bring diverse experiences and insights to help us think and problem solve creatively.
It's impossible to be the smartest person in the room at Solstice. My coworkers are driven, supportive, and a lot of fun.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We all have a shared mission and believe that the work we do matters. Our goal is to prove what humanity is capable of, something we commit to daily and it shows.
we really enjoy going to the office and the environment is so friendly

What makes you most happy at work?
Ability to drive initiatives forward by running experiments and measuring what worked and what didn't. We are in hyper-growth mode, so it takes creative thinking to solve complex problems. This challenge and opportunity drives me.
