They pay well, but now target 50% of midpoint whereas in the past they targeted 90%. Pay is starting to fall behind and the new talent reflects this as they aren't as well qualified.
Embrace teamwork. Reward failure. Stop trying to pin blame and work together as a team to focus on doing what's right for the company and our customers. Engage in open dialog and stop ruling with an iron fist. Go back to the old Solvay where everyone was treated as family.
Practice the values you preach. "I trust" and "take smart risks" mean just that. We have recently become a company that punishes risks and doesn't trust anyone to do any task without constant bickering. "Focus on customers" does NOT mean focus on $ only. If you truly focus on customers, $ will come.
