I think overall it has been a good experience and that I could see myself being with the company for a long time.

When my machine is running good and everything is going as expected.

I would feel better if every now and then I was told that I'm valued and that I have done a good job.

There are no supervisors lloking over your shoulder. You have the freedom to do your job in a way that you think is best.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers try to do as little as possible. It would be better if they were held accountable so that the work was not passed along to the harder workers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team cares about the bootom line more than taking care of their employees. It is rumored that they make fun of their operators and also talk negatively about them.
