There are some good people I enjoy working with. Also we have some good customers. You have to like the people you work with, or at least respect them.
The teamwork is solid and management is one of a kind
Pay the employees more for what they do, or hire more teammates. Upper management to spend more time and know the employees. Offer bonus and or gift cards for employees. Team meetings or huddles. Employee building excises.
