Understanding his position and communication
They can start by clearly stating goals, and current sales figures and what direction we are going in. There is no feedback, no annual review, and no bonuses since Sonepar bought us out. Sonepar's business model is old and outdated. Their CDC thing just does not work here in CA. No one wants to say

Respect eachother and not be judgemental
It all starts from the top. If you have bad managers, then you will have bad employees. I gave up on complaining about co-workers because nothing ever changes or I look like the bad guy.
Pay the employees more for what they do, or hire more teammates. Upper management to spend more time and know the employees. Offer bonus and or gift cards for employees. Team meetings or huddles. Employee building excises.
Its hard to explain when your not given a fair chance

How about just interviewing people that want jobs. We are seriously short handed, yet I dont see my manger interviewing anyone
Where do I start. Our CDC makes sooo many mistakes with deliveries. They are always under staffed. The whole business model needs to be looked at. It is not working
