Being around the cars i love

co workers. The cleaners. the good mornings. the compliments about my dressing.

It feels like a family owned company

My teammates and helping others make me most happy. I also have the opportunity to grow in my position, and learn a lot of our business operations solely on our training platform and websites.

That I can work at my own pace.

Service Advisers that don't return phone calls, negative about taking on extra work. Complaining about having so many voice mails.

What do you like best about your company?

The environment is consistent - not chasing windmills but rather, creating the wind!

Culture of the company...but, on its own would drive me nuts. The team I am on mixed with that culture is what makes it home.
