The benefits are the best

I am paid fairly for the job that I perform. Our benefits and PTO packages are very good.
It is a package that strives to compensate for individual effort and company performance.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very creative we have wow moments
I work with the best guys in the world, i have the best used car manager in all of sonic without a doubt in my mind. My fellow sales guys always help and are always willing to be there when you need them.
friendly and outgoing. Very understanding and helpful. A proper team!
People in the shop are funny and not causing drama, same cannot be said for anywhere else in the building

We have a culture of treating our teammates well and letting them know they are appreciated.
Our culture has been evolving over the past few years and is now a collaborative, informative, hard charging team.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Its very consistent and they care about putting the applicant in the right role
Although it was a formal interview, the three people who interviewed me still managed to make the interview atmosphere relaxed. The interviewers asked some unique questions not typically discussed in other interviews
Pretty straightforward. Got quick results.

It feels like a family owned company
My teammates and helping others make me most happy. I also have the opportunity to grow in my position, and learn a lot of our business operations solely on our training platform and websites.
What do you like best about your company?
The environment is consistent - not chasing windmills but rather, creating the wind!
Culture of the company...but, on its own would drive me nuts. The team I am on mixed with that culture is what makes it home.
