What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Everyone is high on endorphins so..there's that. Seriously though, aside from leadership needing some tweaking; the company environment is positive.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?I believe the company as a whole would benefit if leadership would appreciate staff better. Everyone should be held to the same standard. Egos should go out the door, once you're clocked in.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Considering where I live and work, the wage should be higher. Also, are periodical raises a thing at this company? The thing is, everything is so ambiguous and nothing is ever really clearly defined (to everyone).
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?I love my coworkers, and honestly that is what has kept me at the company this long, because leadership is...meh. Everyone is pretty positive and energetic.
