It's a tight knit group of people who are all on the same page. There's plenty of collective wisdom & technical savvy to help you sleep well

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The equity offering was very good considering the growth stage of the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
You reduced everyones pay and paid off over 40% of your company. Clearly it's an issue with the top, not the workers at the bottom.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very smart, but no egos. Lots of maturity to get things done without having to be managed. They enjoy getting together outside of work, too.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone wants the company to do well, so everyone will help the person next to them. It doesn't hurt that fitness is rampant

What makes you most happy at work?
Having full ownership over my area. The office is also insanely cool w/ almost every conceivable amenity, including a professional level gym
