What do you like best about the leadership team? It's a tight knit group of people who are all on the same page. There's plenty of collective wisdom & technical savvy to help you sleep well
What is the best part about your compensation package? The equity offering was very good considering the growth stage of the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?Very smart, but no egos. Lots of maturity to get things done without having to be managed. They enjoy getting together outside of work, too.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? You reduced everyones pay and paid off over 40% of your company. Clearly it's an issue with the top, not the workers at the bottom.
