I don't know I've been in the Aerospace and number of years and only see that many don't last because of the overload of work

In McGregor the whole, can you work in a Team environment. which once I got the job, I noticed that "Team" only means when they (supervisor/manager) deem it necessary.. otherwise you are alone!!
