What did you like most about the interview process?I liked how they wanted to make sure I fit into the group I'd be working with, not just the position. They heard my passions and aspirations and made sure that it was a personality fit as well as an ability match.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? The culture and environment are always positive in my experience. Everyone is accepting of others and encouraged to be themselves. One's creativity and ideas are celebrated and utilized.
What are some of the best things about your team?My team is always looking out for one another. It is encouraged to reach out to everyone and ask questions, seek information, and share information that will help the majority. The team has one shared goal and that is to make our customers feel like they are #1 and we will go above and beyond.
