What would you improve about your company's interview process?Transparency! Don't tell incoming employees what you think they WANT to hear; tell them the truth - even if it isn't the prettiest! Honesty is ALWAYS the best policy.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?There needs to be a truly UNBIASED HR Dept. - one that is not headed by the CEO's wife & employs DE&I protocols - within the company. No one working at Spec is trained &/or certified in HR Management & DE&I. Also, the very apparent pay inequity within the company MUST be fixed. YIKES!
