Nobody's making a livable wage

To actually get paid timely for the work done.

Until the people in charge learn to value their employees and pay real market value, there is nothing that can be done to correct the compensation issues. As a privately owned company, they will continue to undervalue their employees in order to keep the profits for only a select few.

More hours need to be available

More pay for the job

I get paid $14 an hour as a sales supervisor. The bath and bodyworks next door pays $17.50 for that position. Yet I feel compelled to stay because the team would fall apart if I quit, though I wouldn't be paid more if I said I was thinking of leaving.

I have worked with the company for years and now a person with less experience has started at the same wage as if all my experience means nothing. I was also suppose to receive a certificate, gift and gift card for 10 years of service but my manager has forgotten for the past year.

Increase base salary to median

We all feel very undervalued. Store manager threatens us with out jobs, belittles us and mistreats us overall. Very toxic managment

I came from spirit so I get treated less than any empoyee I did not get my pay rate matched lole it says on the hiring paper etc.

The weight of the world is dropped onto managements shoulders all the while you deal with incompetent associates.

The absence of any concern, consideration, recognition, appreciation, or basic decency that is normally extended towards myself and my co-workers. I believe a serious re-evaluation of the entirety of employee morale is dangerously overdue, while any actual improvements may be too late, already.

Better pay and benefits could make this job a career.

Pay is 16-17% lower than average earnings based on position, geographic location, and other demographics. Yearly increases are insignificant and often absent. Lack of resources makes workload extremely tedious and overwhelming at times, making compensation feel even less adequate.

My salary as a store manager was extremely low. 28,500.

Cause I make only 9 an hour, and barely get hours they only encourage you to spend your money at work

I make $9.75 as a member of management, sales supervisor. I can make almost the same as a cashier at a fast food place 2 miles up the road. It is not a full time position, only 24 hours a week. Except during the holidays. Due to that it is very hard to hold a second job year round.
