My fellow sales associates also understand that we are in the same boat abd help each other.
My team is diverse, competent, and hard working.

So i jusy transfered to a new store in a new state and this staff has been the most welcoming. Ive had the pleasure of training the Sr AM in hopes for her to befome the SM very soon

I love selling pop culture stuff and all thr silly things we sell. its enjoyable for everyone.

The guests are the only positive part of my environment; they are always friendly, upbeat, and fun to interact with. My favorite part of the job was connecting with my guests.

I liked the indepth questions especially regarding the products we sell.

Conversation flowed smoothly and I felt comfortable with they way we were speaking. Not too uptight, but still focused on the professional aspects.

Seeing my work in action
Coming in and knowing that i dont have a toxic staff. Helping the guest find the best gift for someone.
Having break or going on lunch
Building connections and learning more about my guests. I enjoy hearing about their backgrounds and what makes them who they are.
