They refuse to make people full time to not give them benefits

I am management but am only part time so I'm not eligible for benefits.
The required amount of workers in a seasonal store as comparable to the amount of hours given to schedule is ridiculous.

They don't pressure you and make you comfortable
Being able to be myself in the interview was what I most liked of the whole process.

Drinking the coffee at work
getting the ammount in my pay check
What makes me most happy is making sure I do my job at the best of my ability every day that makes both my team and customers happy.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Not enough hours are given for stores to staff and run properly, so workers are overloaded, and penalized when there is not enough time.
