Everyone is exhausted. I generally work 40-46 hours a week.

Extremely qualified and hard working but we have limited contact with each other. It is a bit of a sweat shop atmosphere.

Non-existent. We report to the Admin Manager on paper, but we actually are at the mercy of the consultant(s) we support. It makes things muddy and problems are rarely solved.

I don't think most of the administrative staff thinks about the CEO. There is a definite separation between administrative staff and Associates/Consultants/Partners. Administrative staff is ignored.

Raises do not keep up with cost of living and they should. Bonuses are supposed to make up for this but they do not.
