Mr. Steven P. Rasche, also known as Steve, has been Chief Financial Officer at Alabama Gas Corporation since September 2014. Mr. Rasche has been the Chief Financial Officer of Laclede Gas Company since May 1, 2012. Mr. Rasche served as a Vice President of Finance at Laclede Gas Company since November 2009. Mr. Rasche served as Senior Vice President and Principal Accounting Officer The Laclede Group, Inc. Mr. Rasche served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Accounting at Laclede Group Inc., from May 1, 2012 to October 1, 2013. Mr. Rasche served as the Chief Financial Officer of TLC Vision Corporation since August 2004 until May 2009 and also served as its Vice President of Finance and Treasurer since August 2004. Mr. Rasche began his professional career in 1983 with Price Waterhouse, LLP. He later joined United Van Lines, Inc. where he progressed through a variety of financial leadership roles. He joined Public Safety Equipment, Inc. as the Chief Financial Officer, where he was a Key Member of the Senior Executive Team that grew Public Safety Equipment into a world leading manufacturer of speed detection, in-car video and warning systems from May 1996 to July 2004. He has been a Director at Alabama Gas Corporation. Mr. Rasche serves as a director of Laclede Gas Company. Mr. Rasche graduated cum laude with a Bachelors of Science degree in Accountancy from the University of Missouri-Columbia and has a Master of Business Administration degree from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. Mr. Rasche is a Certified Public Accountant.
