Use to be a good company to work for from 2008-2013, then we lost the leadship and got these new ones that dont have a clue about the aerospace industry. They trat their employees that crap, use them up and burn them out with mandatory over time. There is no work/life balance at Spirit.

The environment and culture is great on Fridays!
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Everything above a 1st level manager is the problem.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Have the managers that are hiring do the interviews, instead of a manager that had nothing to do with that job or area.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Finally around a group of people who care about what their actually building, or inspecting. They have integrity and pride about what they do. But the company doesn't balue that unless it pads the vps pockets..... don't forget about the greedy sharholders.
