Don't act like the ground floor people are substandard to yourselves. You are not experts merely people who report out what the ground employees do. Spread the wealth.

Treating people like people and not like kids
My direct boss needs to work on support, positive communication, while directing in a constructive manor, as well as not demeaning and belittling the team in which I work. It truly is harrassment as she bullies individuals daily. The phrase used amongst my team is "whose turn is it today".
