Good comminication and team effort
We all work together pretty good
Finally around a group of people who care about what their actually building, or inspecting. They have integrity and pride about what they do. But the company doesn't balue that unless it pads the vps pockets..... don't forget about the greedy sharholders.
Collaborative team and open to change
Hard working and driven individuals that care about the companies position and each other.
All work together well to get the job done.
They all get along and communicate well with each other. Cover each other when needed.
