Where every team should be discussing in what they are doing. Not doing the silence treatment unless when theres issues, then u decided to talk with the team. The team should communicate which each other not getting the news frm other department
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Where the team should be a team. Regardless of the title or where u comes from. those feeling being ignored & unimportant demotivated us. why should we stay? whats the purpose im here? do the company needs me? team. do it as a team. someone's mistake shouldnt be a gossip topic
