Review from Executive Dept · Posted 2 days ago

health Insurance, 401k availability, dental/ vision

Review from Operations Dept · Posted 3 days ago

Very favorable pricing on health, dental and vision insurance. Offers short- and long-term disability insurance at no cost. Offers free mental health counseling to all 13,000+ Sport Clips system employees.

Review from Executive Dept · Posted 4 days ago

The best part of my compensation package is the flexibility to work remotely two days a week. This is super helpful for my work life balance.

Review from IT Dept · Posted 4 days ago

There is a decent amount of time off for a retail-supporting position. The 401k match is good and the pay is fairly good.

Review from IT Dept · Posted 4 days ago

Sport Clips offers excellent benefits, including a strong 401(k) program, comprehensive health insurance coverage, and a valuable cell phone stipend, all of which clearly show the company’s

It's comprehensive and fair for everyone.

Review from Operations Dept

My store has a great bonusing package

Nice very educational very much detailed

I have understanding from my team leaders

Depending on how hard i work depends on how much extra money i can make. And if its dead i still get hourly

I would like to see maybe some type of corporate wide insurance if possible.

Hard work is always compensated

Bonus incentive program to commission

Commission is always really good

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Not that I feel undervalued just feel some of us have been doing best to keep store a float and trying to come back from Covid and instead of the positive and try to build from what we slacked on from being short the new stylist or returning team members just feel unappreciated and then get let go.

I feel it is very hard for me to move up no matter how much I try to prove myself

Review from Admin Dept

Compensated at fair market value

Just to match the industry standard based on experience and years worked.

Review from Marketing Dept

A lot of expectations and travel for the amount paid doesnt seem to be even

Review from Operations Dept

The economics of inflation do not support paying good employees 0-3% merit increases over the last 3 years.

Review from Operations Dept

Salary is not competitive with others in the market

Review from Operations Dept

have been working in a growth position/ new position with no compensation increase

Review from Operations Dept

I feel valued. I appreciate the pay. I hope they take cost of living and inflation into account.

Review from Operations Dept

More consistency across the team

Review from Operations Dept

the feeling of feeling unappreciated and the position isn't as valued when it comes to pay. Bonus Structure

Review from Operations Dept

some times It Feels like the cost of living is very high in my area and my pay is based on an area with lower cost of living

Review from Operations Dept

Paid comparably to others who carry the same title.

Review from Business Development Dept

Working above my pay grade. Establishing directives, strategizing for cost reduction, implementing services to streamline store production, establishing industry best practices.

Review from Operations Dept

I feel highky undervalued because I know that my counterpart, gets paid about 15k more than me even though I have a degree in the job that I am doing and he doesnt, plus I probably have at least 15 more years of experience than he does. He is male - I am female so not sure if that is the reason

Review from Marketing Dept

People in my position are paid more at other companies. I have stayed because i enjoy my job

Review from Marketing Dept

I think they need to take cost of living increases into consideration when it's time to increase our pay, as well as the cost of living in the area the coach lives in.

Review from Operations Dept

A company card instead of expensifying things i am going into debit paying for trips as a coach

Review from Customer Success Dept

Need to clarify roles and assure a timeline to be fully immersed in that role.

Review from Operations Dept

Compensation plan that is fair for the responsibilities and position.
