I would say its been a journey to say the least and there's a lot to figure out but I like that everyone is always looking at ways to improve.

They are amazing, they support me when I truely need it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they listen to my concerns and take into account my feedback.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think given the market currently and the need for what I do, I could be making a lot more. An increase in salary would definitely help to be more competitive. Also, additional stock options would help.
