We work hard so we can play harder. A true work + life balance!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership teams makes room for work and life balance. Many companies say they have this, but the leadership team has truly helped embody this and I love that.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all very open and transparent. We get to work without feeling the need to put up a work mask on. My team truly is my extended family.
What makes you most happy at work?
knowing that I can sign on from anywhere and still be able to get my work done. I love that I have access to a collaborative team working towards a common goal.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do feel there can be some improvement in salary compensation. Its nice that there are benefits that help balance that out, but I do believe there is room for improvement here.
