What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their ability to recognize and reward innovation, and their ability to pivot expectations based on individual strengths and weaknesses within the entire team. No matter what level you are in the company their is zero tolerance for treating anyone other than equals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I appreciate the learning environment and mentoring environment. Ability to get on Linkedin Learning and take any course you want (not just your speciality). Long term career growth requires a broad skill set across product lines, especially if you ever want to advance into leadership.
