Open time on my calendar where I can concentrate on my day-to-day tasks and work on the various commitments I've made for projects
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't want other people to make LESS money and I don't think I have an unrealistic expectation that all things should be "equal" between roles, BUT I feel that the actual work-hours/impact of my role/team to the company is not compensated equally compared with other teams/dept.
